TrueAlarm Conventional Point Sensors
Intelligent sensors designed to improve safety and reduce nuisance alarms
These intelligent conventional sensors deliver UL268th 7th Edition performance in a simplified package for applications that do not require the advanced capabilities of addressability.
- Compatible with conventional initiating circuits.
- Drift compensation automatically adjusts for dust buildup, and maintains safety and performance.
Performance in a Simplified Package
Intelligent conventional sensors are connected to conventional 2-wire or 4-wire initiating device circuits (IDCs). Drift compensation provides a significant reduction in the probability of nuisance alarms due to the buildup of dust and other contaminants. Each sensor has an onboard microprocessor that evaluates and makes an intelligent decision as to whether an alarm condition is present.
Features
- Broad compatibility: All sensors are compatible with conventional 2-wire initiating circuits.
- Broad choice: Available in photo-only, photo-heat and heat-only versions, with a variety of mounting bases.
- Inspection and maintenance are fast and easy.
- Microprocessor-controlled sensitivity for superior performance.
- UL 7th Edition listing: UL 268 7th Edition listed to meet the latest standards.
